This includes:

• Debt collectors or enforcement agents who harass, mislead, or pressure people
• Benefit decisions or DWP processes that ignore evidence, disability, or vulnerability
• Disabled people being pushed through systems that fail to make reasonable adjustments
• Personal data being misused, shared unlawfully, or left uncorrected — and regulators failing to act
